Vivense Failed to Deliver the Milas Set as Promised Since December
I ordered the Milas set from Vivense on November 19, 2024, and was promised delivery in December 2024. Every time I reach out to inquire about my order, I get unclear responses like “it’s loaded onto the truck,” “the vehicle hasn’t left,” or “the vehicle isn’t full yet.” The responses indicate a lack of proper follow-up and transparency about my order's status. Since December, I've found myself in a frustrating and unclear situation. I had high hopes for Vivense, but this experience has made me question my choice to shop with them. I need prompt action to address this problem.

Unfortunately, the product I received is not the same as the one in the image. Also, the parts that appear to be wood are stickers; misleading images were used, and the furniture features were not provided in detail. Vivense is a regret.
