I Regret Buying a Cabinet From Vivense Because It Arrived With Missing Hinges

Vivense is a regret! I wish I had paid attention to the reviews—my biggest mistake was ignoring them. The product they sent was missing a hinge. I clearly explained the issue by giving the exact number of missing pieces, as advised by my installer. I even received a message saying the missing hinge had been ordered. But the next day, the Vivense store called me, asking me to take photos and confirm how many hinges I had and how many were on the cabinet. They said they would send it based on that to avoid sending extra hinges, and kept me waiting for days. It feels like they’re mocking me—first they say the order is placed, then they ask for confirmation again. It’s ridiculous. I don’t understand how two or three extra hinges could be such a big deal. Honestly, I’d gladly send them some myself. I should have bought from a proper, reputable store. I truly regret this purchase.
