Problems with Viveense's Defective and Wrong Order

I purchased a product from Vivense and regretted my decision. To avoid any issues with the installation, I paid their company a setup fee so I would have a point of contact if something went wrong. I ordered a white cabinet, but the one delivered was defective with grey doors.

I contacted customer service, but there was no direct contact available; we communicated via messages, and they only stalled the process. I made the request before the holiday, and they sent the new doors after the holiday. However, for the past month, they have been delaying the removal of the old doors and the installation of the new ones.

This experience has been very frustrating, and I hope Vivense resolves this soon.
