If VivaVideo removed premium features you already paid for;

Ask them to;
• Verify your subscription and payment status
• Restore your premium features immediately
• Refund the payment if premium access cannot be reinstated
If the problem persists;
• Keep all receipts, screenshots, and communication records and file a complaint on Xolvie to seek feature restoration or a fair refund
