Billed by VivaVideo and InShot Without Confirmation — Refund Request

September 23, 2025 11:10 PM14

Today, while using my iPhone 13 to edit photos, I downloaded the VivaVideo and InShot apps. Without any confirmation screen or notification, a total of $47 was charged to my card (last four digits: 4985) — $31 from VivaVideo and $16 from InShot — all in one transaction.

It was my first time starting a subscription on either app, and these charges being made without my consent caused significant inconvenience. I immediately canceled both subscriptions, but I received no prior notification or approval request for the payments. I have not yet been able to contact App Store support or either app’s customer service team.

I urgently request that this issue be resolved and that the full $47 charged to my account be refunded as soon as possible.
