VivaJoyVideo debited my card on auto-renew; how can I cancel the subscription?

If VivaJoyVideo charged your card through auto-renewal, check where you originally subscribed so you can cancel through the correct channel.

On Android, open Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions; on iPhone, go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions, select the plan if listed, and confirm cancellation. Deleting the app alone will not stop recurring payments.
