I gave my daughter the Vitabiotics Wellkid Immune multivitamin, trusting the brand to support her health. Shockingly, within just one week of use, we noticed visible discoloration and staining on her teeth. This is extremely concerning, especially for a product marketed toward children’s health. After reviewing the ingredients, I realized that the iron in the formula is likely causing these stains.
Since Wellkid Immune is a multivitamin, I never expected it to stain teeth, and there was absolutely no warning on the packaging or in the product information regarding this side effect. As a parent, I feel misled and frustrated. I gave this to my child believing it was safe and gentle, not something that would harm her dental health.
I urgently ask Vitabiotics to clearly warn parents about the risk of tooth staining and to revise the formula if possible. At the very least, they must provide instructions on how to prevent this issue when using the product. I also request advice on how to remove the stains from my daughter’s teeth. Please take responsibility for this issue and resolve it before more parents experience the same problem.
