888sport Missing Funds - Withdrawal Not Being Paid

I am a customer from Finland and I requested a withdrawal from my 888sport account via Trustly on 25.11. From this withdrawal, I have received only a partial payment of 2,880 €, while the remaining 10,000 € is still pending and has not been processed for more than a week. Despite repeatedly contacting 888sport customer service about the missing 10,000 €, I keep receiving the same generic response that the matter will be looked into, but there has been no concrete update, solution, or progress. I also have the relevant account and transaction/withdrawal reference numbers for this payment. I request that the remaining 10,000 € of my withdrawal be processed and paid to me without any further delay.
