Vileda Turbo 2in1 Bucket Pedal Not Working and Replacement Request

I bought a Vileda Turbo 2in1 complete cleaning set from Amazon in December 2025. Shortly after I started using it, the pedal of the bucket stopped working properly. When I place the mop inside and press the pedal, it does not turn and therefore the spinning function cannot be used. I contacted Vileda about this problem but I have not received any response so far, which has been very disappointing for me. I request that my faulty Vileda Turbo 2in1 cleaning set be replaced with a properly functioning one as soon as possible.
