My Victoria's Secret Order Cancelled & Refunded Without Notice

So, on March 18, 2024, I went ahead and ordered some body spray and body cream through the Victoria's Secret mobile app. I got an email letting me know that my order has been confirmed. But then, on March 27, 2024, I got another email saying I was getting a refund for my order. I bought these items as a gift for my girlfriend, but after waiting for about 9 days, the products never showed up. When I reached out to customer service, they weren't very helpful. They just told me that my order had been refunded and didn't offer any other solutions. So, when I went to reorder the items, turns out the promotional offer had already expired, and they were asking for a higher price. I'm not too thrilled with how little they seem to care about making sure their customers are happy. It's pretty surprising to me that they just went ahead and canceled my order without even trying to find a solution.
