I Face Quality Issue on Victoria’s Secret Bra and No Callback From Store

On June 26, I made a bulk purchase of bras from the Victoria’s Secret store at Emaar Mall. I bought three of the same model on sale and one black version at full price, paying ₺3,200 for that item. I washed all of them the same way—in the washing machine on a low-heat setting. However, the underwire of the black bra came out after only the second wash, while the other bras I bought have been perfectly fine for four months.
On September 6, even though I didn’t have my receipt with me, I visited the store and provided the exact date and time of my purchase. The staff located my transaction in their system but said they couldn’t identify which specific item was defective because the products were identical. They took down my phone number and said they were busy but would call me during the week. It’s now been over a month, and no one has contacted me, nor has my issue been resolved.
It’s unacceptable that a product I paid ₺3,200 for became defective so quickly and that I’ve received no response from the store. I’m requesting either a replacement or a refund for the black bra, and I expect my issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
