I Face Crystal Damage on Victoria’s Secret Very Sexy Bra After Second Wash

About 1 to 1.5 months ago, I purchased a “Very Sexy Shimmery Bra” from the Victoria’s Secret store at Istanbul Cevahir Mall. I washed the item on a quick cycle at 30°C using a lingerie wash bag, exactly as instructed. However, after just the second wash, the crystals started to come off, the adhesive areas stuck together, and the decorative stones completely detached. I took great care of the product and followed all washing instructions properly.

I haven’t yet contacted the store or customer service. However, I find it unacceptable that a product like this would deform so quickly, especially with careful use. I am requesting a replacement for the defective bra. Although I no longer have the receipt, I can provide the purchase date and product model details from the same store.

I kindly request that this issue be resolved promptly and my product be replaced as soon as possible.
