Victoria's Secret Defective Bombshell Bra, and Poor Customer Service

I bought a Bombshell VS logo bra from the Victoria's Secret store at Antalya Land of Legends in September. Even though I only wore it a few times and washed it gently by hand, the crystal embellishments started peeling off and the adhesive completely disappeared. The strap is completely ruined, so I can't use the product anymore. I've bought logo-embellished items before, both top and bottom, and never had any problems. So, when I mentioned my complaint to the store manager, Ms. A***, she came to the conclusion that the bra had been machine washed. Even though I kept bugging her, she finally agreed to send it for inspection. But I have a feeling that the notes she included might just point the finger at washing as the cause of the damage, and that could mean my claim gets rejected. They told me I could pick up the bra from the store. I've been to both the Ankara and Istanbul branches before, and I've always had a great experience with the store managers and staff. They always greet me with smiles and send me off warmly. I think the problem might be due to some wrong choices in personnel at this new store. It's a bummer that in only 6 months, I've come across this problem with my product and haven't found a solution, which doesn't meet the high standards of a brand like Victoria's Secret. If this problem isn't fixed, I'll have to reach out to the Consumer Board for help. Maybe if people take a look at my complaint here, they might think twice before buying logo-embellished items.
