Victoria's Secret Bra Damaged After First Wash – Poor Quality

I purchased a pink bra from the Victoria's Secret store at Mall of İstanbul, and before I even had a chance to wear it, the elastic band frayed in two places after the very first wash. I always wash my delicates on a gentle cycle, and I’ve been using the same process for years with no issues. I refuse to accept that this was caused by improper washing. This is clearly a quality issue, and I’m very disappointed with the product.
