Vichy Products Were Sold to Me by Another Seller

I ordered from the Vichy seller on the Trendyol shopping site, but without prior notice, the items were sent by a different seller. If I had wanted to buy from that seller, I could have done it at a cheaper price. They are not reliable sellers. The packaging they did resulted in damaged products. The Vichy Turkey seller is irresponsible towards their products and customers, failing to resolve issues. I've been greatly inconvenienced, and I suggest you avoid facing the same situation.
