I purchased the Vichy Neovadiol Phytosculpt Anti-Aging Firming Neck and Face Cream (50 ml) from the Sachane online store in May, paying approximately $40. Because it was summer, I did not open or use the product right away. I started using it for the first time in early October, and after about a week, I developed severe itching and skin rashes on my face. I stopped using the product yesterday, but the irritation and itching still persist.
I contacted Vichy customer service regarding my complaint, but they stated that they could not assist me because five months had passed since the purchase date. My Sachane order number is 1306561.
Since I could not use the product and it caused negative skin reactions, I am requesting a refund for the purchase amount.
