Viber Account Blocked on iPhone 15 Pro and PIN Recovery Is Not Working

I use Viber on my iPhone 15 Pro, and since 20.05.2026, I have been having serious problems with my account. My phone number is 0401460**, and the email address linked to Viber is martina.ki***@gmail.com. My account/number appears to be blocked, I do not know or cannot access my PIN, and Viber does not accept or verify my email, as if it were not correct. I followed all the instructions I could find and everything that support suggested, including waiting 24 hours, deleting the application, installing it again, and trying the whole activation process from the beginning, but nothing has helped, and I still cannot access my Viber account. I kindly ask you to unblock my Viber account, reset my PIN, and help me correctly verify or update my email address so that I can normally use Viber again.
