How to Recover a Hacked TikTok Account When Email and Phone Are Changed

On September 27, 2025, my TikTok account (@gizliheyat12) was hacked. The phone number linked to my account was +994 553 477 167. My account’s email address has been changed, and it now appears to be linked to a different email that I do not recognize.

When I try to log in using my own phone number, I receive the verification code, but after entering it correctly, the system says the code is incorrect, and I cannot access my account.

I have already tried to recover my account using my own phone number, but the attempt was unsuccessful. I have not yet contacted TikTok Support, but I am requesting that my account be restored to its original state and that my account security be reinforced.

I also ask that TikTok investigate this unauthorized account takeover and take appropriate action against whoever accessed it without my permission.

I would appreciate a prompt response and the return of my account access as soon as possible.
