Viagogo Unauthorized Billing Issue Report
On February 6, 2026, at 7:44 PM, a charge in the amount of $336.37 USD was made to my Ziraat Bank credit card ending in 2885 by a company listed as “Viagogo Event Tickets.” This transaction was made entirely without my knowledge, approval, or consent, and I have no connection whatsoever to this charge.
I noticed the transaction through an SMS notification sent by Ziraat Bank and immediately contacted the bank’s customer service. During the call, I was informed that the transaction was still pending authorization and that a formal dispute could not yet be filed. I was told that I would need to wait 24–48 hours until the charge is posted to my account before submitting a dispute.
Since I did not authorize this transaction under any circumstances, I demand that the $336.37 USD charge be canceled and that the full amount be refunded to me immediately.
