Viagogo Did Not Inform Me About Match Date Change - I Missed My Trip

I bought tickets to the Al-Nassr game in Riyadh as a birthday present and also booked flight tickets from Istanbul. Later, I realized that the game date had been changed. I contacted Viagogo, and they assured me that it hadn’t. Even on 10.05.2025, they confirmed the original date. Today, I checked my account because the tickets still hadn’t arrived, and I saw that the match is now marked as rescheduled. What kind of service is this? I received no email or notification from Viagogo about the new date, even though it seems the change was known in advance.
