Viagogo Charged $616 Without Authorization During Ticket Purchase
Today, while trying to purchase a concert ticket through Viagogo, I was charged approximately $616 from my account without my knowledge or authorization. During the payment process, I approved a single transaction, and the system initially showed an amount of around $184. However, it appears that approximately $616 was ultimately charged without my knowledge. I did not receive any additional password prompt or SMS verification for the transaction.
The card I used was issued by QNB Finansbank, and I can see this amount as a completed transaction in my account activity today. When I searched online for information about Viagogo, I also found that many people reported experiencing similar high-value charges without their knowledge. This situation has seriously undermined my trust and has also caused a significant financial loss.
I request that Viagogo immediately cancel and fully refund the approximately $616 that was charged without my knowledge or authorization. I also request that the transaction be thoroughly investigated and that the necessary measures be taken to prevent unauthorized charges of this kind and avoid similar situations for other customers.
