I purchased E* S**** concert tickets** through Viagogo, and I just realized that I was charged twice. The first charge was made at the time of purchase, but today, another identical charge was deducted from my credit card without my authorization.

This is completely unacceptable, and I demand an immediate refund for the duplicate charge. I should not have to pay twice for the same tickets.

I am extremely frustrated and expect prompt action from Viagogo. Fix this issue now and return the extra amount to my credit card immediately. If this is not resolved, I will escalate my complaint further. I expect a quick resolution!
