As an IT professional, I am constantly glued to my computer screen, waiting for visa appointment slots to become available. It irritates me that we can't have a transparent system. You wouldn't even dare to claim that the consulate is taking its time. You come to me, an IT person, and explain things to me as if I don't understand. People would not be complaining if they knew they could get an appointment even after 3-5 months. Why is it so difficult for VFS to state on your website that appointment slots will be available on a specific day each month?
