I applied to VFS GLOBAL for a Polish visa, but I accidentally entered my passport number incorrectly while applying. I contacted the company about this, but they did not give me a clear answer. I wanted to cancel the appointment, this time they told me that contrary to their refund policy, they will only refund money in extreme cases such as death or illness, and I will not get my money back. Also, now when I try to create a new appointment, I get an "Invalid User" error. I have tried most of the solutions and would like clarification and help. It's not an irreversible situation, so why are they acting like this is a dead end? It's a systemic error, it's very annoying that a spelling mistake has to be dealt with in this way while all other information is kept.
