Mango Trousers Tore After Two Uses
I am experiencing a serious quality issue with the trousers I purchased from Mango on 16.03.2026, under order number F15XQ9. I only wore the product once and washed it twice in total. Despite such a short period of use, the trousers have torn. This clearly indicates that the product is defective. When I contacted customer service, I was informed that the process needed to be handled through the store. However, this approach gives the impression that responsibility is being deferred instead of providing a direct solution, and that the consumer is being redirected to the store, making the process more difficult. Furthermore, it is not acceptable for the process to be made more difficult on the grounds that the product has been washed. Does this mean that we are expected not to use or wash the products at all? This is the response from customer service: ''Regarding the issue you have experienced with the product you purchased, you may visit the nearest Mango store, report the problem you have encountered with the product, and send it for inspection. In cases where the product has been washed, an inspection must be carried out as a priority, even if the product has not been used. The quality control department will review the product and provide you with feedback. Thank you for your trust in Mango. Kind regards, Mango Customer Services'' My request is a refund of the purchase price. Otherwise, I will exercise my legal rights and take the necessary legal steps. I expect a solution-oriented approach from Mango regarding this matter.
