VFS Global - Austria Website Logins Not Working

I need to apply for an Austrian visa for both myself and my spouse through VFS Global - Austria. I created and activated an account. Initially, I was able to access my account, but now I can't log in. I need to log into the site frequently to book an appointment, but I am unable to access my account. I have tried logging in from a different device, cleared my cookies, reset my IP address, and used Mozilla and other browsers. My account was previously active and I could log in. In all cases, I receive the same error and cannot log in. I am entering my password and email correctly. The error code received is: "commonsections.Messages.Statusmessages.4211". There is likely an issue with my email address/account. Currently, I do not have access to the service. I urgently request that the login issues with my existing account be resolved. Please check the screenshot of the error.
