I Can’t Complete VFS Global Payment Step for Netherlands Visa Waitlist Registration
I’m trying to register my name on the Netherlands visa appointment waitlist through VFS Global, since it’s nearly impossible to find available slots directly. But even that process doesn’t work. Every time I reach the “Review and Payment” step and click “Confirm,” I receive a strange error that says “reviewandpayment.Formlabel.Label31.” No matter how many times I try, the system never lets me complete the registration.
This isn’t the first time I’ve lost a chance at booking due to technical failures on VFS Global’s website. On previous occasions, I was able to find an appointment, but the system crashed before I could complete the transaction—and by the time I retried, all the slots were gone.
Even more frustrating, I’ve submitted two family visa applications in the past. When I followed the link emailed to me two days later with my application number, there was nothing listed under 'active applications.' I contacted customer service, but the response was vague and unhelpful, offering no resolution.
Meanwhile, I’ve noticed that non-family appointments are often scheduled within 10 days, so why is the system completely dysfunctional when it comes to family applications or waitlist confirmations?
