Problems with Vestel 65-Inch TV App
The phone app for my Vestel TV hasn't worked for the past two years. I'm exhausted from endless correspondences, issue reports, and efforts. Even after the most recent update, the app is still unable to locate the TV. I did some research on social media, and it appears that everyone has the same complaints. There were Korean and Japanese alternatives at the same price when I bought the TV, but I chose Vestel because it is Turkish-made. I've been reaching out for two years, but the problem keeps reappearing in larger waves. My experience with the Vestel brand comes to an end here. As I replace my TV, I'm saying good-by to Vestel for good.
