Vestel Fridge Constantly Shows an 'SR' Error



During the repair inspection, Vestel's authorized service crew declared a defective sensor in the fridge. This sensor, located in the fridge's body, prompted them to recommend buying a new mainboard and canceling the troublesome sensor on it. When I asked if my mainboard was malfunctioning, they said, 'No, your mainboard and fridge are fine; but, we're replacing the mainboard due to this sensor in the body of the fridge.' When I inquired how to prevent similar problems in the future, they said, 'No, buddy, it's simply broken.' They replaced the mainboard without addressing the sensor issue, resulting in a ₺3,000 charge. The fridge constantly displays a 'SR' fault with a red exclamation mark. Everything within is breaking down due to the unsteady operation.
