Vestel SEG 7kg Washer Misleading Capacity
Last month, I bought a 7kg SEG washing machine from Migros. They said they would deliver it to my house in two days, but I had to go out of town for work. The machine arrived and was installed while I was away. My wife called me and said that the drum of the machine looked much smaller than our previous 7kg Arçelik machine.
When I came home, I saw that she was right. The drum of the new machine is significantly smaller than the old one. I measured them, and there is a 15cm difference in height and width. I don't believe that a reputable brand like Vestel would intentionally do this, so I think it must be a manufacturing defect or a faulty product.
My wife also says that the machine doesn't spin properly when she puts even 5kg of clothes in it.
I am disappointed that two big brands like Migros and Vestel would stoop to selling a product like this and misleading customers. How can we recommend you to our friends and family?
