Velavit Phytoglow Capsules Arrived Leaking and Unusable

I purchased the Velavit Phytoglow Hair Nail 120 Gel Soft Capsules – Double Value Pack through Dermoeczanem by paying $47 (order number: ts12116789643). I received the package today and noticed that the capsules inside one of the boxes had leaked. One of the products is unusable.

I reported the issue today by sending a message through the Dermoeczanem website, but I have not yet received any response. I have not experienced a similar problem before.

I am requesting that the unusable product be replaced or that a refund be issued.
