Velavit Probiotic Triggered Serious Side Effects After One Week

Based on my dietitian’s recommendation, I purchased two boxes of Velavit Probiotic (30 capsules). About one week after starting to use the product, I began experiencing significant swelling and sores on my body, along with increased joint pain. Because of these negative effects, I immediately consulted a doctor, who advised me to stop using the product right away. I paid a total of $33 for the two boxes, but I was only able to use one box for a short time; the second box was never opened.

Due to the health issues I experienced, I stopped using the product and am requesting a refund. I tried to contact Velavit customer service, but I was unable to reach anyone. I kindly request that my grievance be resolved and that the amount I paid be refunded to me.
