After completing the transfer, I was told that the minimum deposit requirement was ₺2200, and therefore my transaction would not be credited. Instead of refunding my ₺200, the support team told me I needed to deposit an additional ₺2000 if I wanted to use my account. This is extremely misleading and unfair. I deposited money in good faith, and instead of resolving the issue, I was pressured into making a larger deposit.
