VD Casino Deposit Scam ₺200 Not Refunded Customer Service Issue

On September 1 at 00:53, I deposited ₺200 into the site Vdcasino1238 using the Otofast method. After completing the transfer, I was told that the minimum deposit requirement was ₺2200, and therefore my transaction would not be credited. When I asked for my money back, my access to customer service was blocked. My username is Ro**.

Instead of refunding my ₺200, the support team told me I needed to deposit an additional ₺2000 if I wanted to use my account. This is extremely misleading and unfair. I deposited money in good faith, and instead of resolving the issue, I was pressured into making a larger deposit.

I demand that my ₺200 be refunded immediately and that I receive a formal apology for the way this situation was handled. Customers should never be misled or blocked from contacting support after making a deposit. VD Casino must take responsibility for this kind of treatment.
