Varta Car Battery Won’t Hold Charge

I purchased a Varta car battery thinking I was investing in a reliable, high-quality brand. Unfortunately, I was proven wrong. Recently, the battery started oxidizing, and the charge dropped below 10 volts, leaving me completely stranded yesterday when my car wouldn't start. I had to deal with the hassle and inconvenience of being stuck without any help.

When I took the battery to the service center and presented my warranty certificate, I was told the battery replacement wouldn’t be honored simply because my vehicle uses an LPG system. This is absurd. I could understand if they claimed issues due to a high-powered sound system, but blaming LPG is just an excuse to avoid responsibility.

I specifically chose Varta to avoid these kinds of problems, trusting in their name and reputation. It’s extremely frustrating to see that even well-known brands don't stand behind their products when issues arise. I demand a proper resolution—either a replacement or a full refund. This situation is unacceptable.
