My Reebok Shoes Fell Apart After One Hour and In Street Denied My Warranty

About seven days ago, I purchased a pair of Reebok athletic shoes from an In Street store in Aydın. The very first time I wore the shoes, after only one hour of normal use, the sole began to crumble, and the front of the shoes started tearing and showing significant wear. A brand-new pair of shoes should not deteriorate this quickly, and this experience has completely destroyed my confidence in the product's quality.

Because of this issue, I returned the shoes to the store, and they were sent for a warranty inspection. Following the inspection request for my purchase 60800022507640540009 under reference number FP260727-631-0648774, I received a text message stating that no manufacturing defect had been found and that my request for a replacement or refund had been denied. I do not accept the conclusion that severe sole deterioration and tearing after only one hour of wear could possibly be the result of user error.

I firmly believe the shoes are clearly defective and that this type of damage cannot occur under normal use in such a short time. I request that the inspection decision be reviewed again through a more thorough and impartial evaluation. I also ask that my Reebok shoes be recognized as a defective product and that I receive a full refund of the amount I paid.
