VANS Defective Shoes from Vans Store - Still Waiting for Replacement

I bought a pair of shoes from the Vans Forum Trabzon store and sent them in for inspection due to a manufacturing defect during last Eid. First, they kept my shoes at the store for 2 months before finally sending them for inspection after I inquired. Even though the replacement was approved, I still haven't received the new shoes. I will never shop at Vans again and am now pursuing legal action with my lawyer. The store manager keeps giving me the runaround.
