Skechers Shoes from Intersport Fell Apart in 6 Months – Denied Warranty
I purchased a pair of Skechers shoes from Intersport at Marmara Park mall, where I was assured the product came with a 2-year warranty. However, just six months later, the stitching on the shoes started unraveling, causing the shoe to come apart. I returned the shoes to the store for inspection, but my claim was rejected.
Frustrated, I submitted a second request through customer service, only to have it denied again, with no notification given. To make matters worse, I discovered my shoes have been sitting in the store for over a month without my knowledge.
It’s clear now that Intersport misleads customers, as their so-called warranty doesn’t actually exist. I will pursue legal action under consumer protection laws to resolve this matter.
