I've Unmet Expectations with Kosla Vanish Stain Remover

I don't know if there is a way to express my dissatisfaction with the performance of my laundry set following the application of the Kosla Vanish stain remover. Despite its touted color protection feature, the product fell short of my expectations when it came to providing a thorough clean. I would appreciate a prompt resolution, how could this happened, I mean this thing was supposed to keep my clothes clean and shiny not cost me lots of bucks for new ones. If the product has the potential to harm colored garments, they shouldn't have advertised so, now I request that advertising refrain from making such claims.
