Valorant Support Ignoring Ticket, Wrongfully Banned from Game

I submitted a ticket to Valorant’s support team, and they promised a response within 3-4 days. However, it has now been 5 days, and I still haven’t received any reply. I’ve been banned from the game due to supposed use of third-party software, which is completely unfounded.
Not only can I not log into the game, but every account I attempt to access also gets banned. This is beyond frustrating and unfair, as I haven’t done anything to violate the game’s policies. Valorant, I demand an immediate investigation into this wrongful ban and a proper resolution. Ignoring tickets and wrongfully banning accounts is unacceptable. Please address this issue promptly and provide a clear explanation!
