About 10 months ago, my Valorant account was permanently banned, and I was informed it was due to third-party software usage. I was genuinely shocked and deeply upset when I saw my account had been indefinitely locked. I have been an active Valorant player for four years, and it was practically the only game I played on my computer.
I had reached level 430 and invested a significant amount of money into the game. I submitted tickets and asked friends for help, but despite my efforts, my account remains banned. To be honest, I only recently learned what third-party software even means. Aside from League of Legends and Valorant, I had no other games installed.
I sincerely request Riot Games to review my case. This has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience, and I hope for your assistance in resolving it.
