Valorant Account Wrongfully Banned for Alleged Cheating

I play Valorant on PC with the username wanta, and one day ago my account was banned on the grounds of cheating. I firmly believe this decision was made in error, as I have never used cheats, and the ban has caused me serious inconvenience. I immediately contacted the Riot Games support team, but so far I have not received any response. I have also spent around ₺500 on this account, which makes the situation even more frustrating. I request that the ban decision be reviewed thoroughly and that my account be reinstated as soon as possible so that my grievance can be resolved.
