Struggling to Climb Ranks in Valorant Due to Trolls and Smurfs

For quite some time, I've been an avid Valorant player. Unfortunately, I'm stuck in a rut due to constant trolls (players who deliberately sabotage their own team) and smurf accounts. Furthermore, immature players who are barely old enough to play the game add to the difficulty. Despite my best efforts, I can't seem to advance in the game. I recently encountered another troll player, a familiar face from previous matches. Reporting these players appears to be pointless, as Riot is clearly not taking effective action. With no way out of the game, 40-50 minutes of agony becomes unavoidable. It's disappointing to see the game plagued by such issues, which make the experience far less enjoyable.
