I’ve been encountering smurf players in Valorant’s ranked mode for quite some time now. These players clearly reveal their experience and skill level through their movements and aim, making the game unplayable and extremely frustrating. Just about five minutes ago, I experienced the same issue again.
I haven’t contacted customer support yet, but I want to emphasize that this issue has severely affected my enjoyment of the game. I’ve also made in-game purchases, and facing this level of unfair competition makes me feel financially and emotionally disappointed as a paying player.
I strongly urge the Valorant team to take stricter action — not just banning smurf accounts, but also tracking them via IP and permanently banning their main accounts to eliminate this problem at its root. I’m requesting that this issue be addressed and that a fairer gaming environment be established for all players.
