For nearly a year now, I’ve been constantly encountering AFK players, toxic behavior, and verbal abuse in Valorant’s ranked mode. I play on PC, and my username is elsalvador#8802. Despite being at a Platinum rank, the system often places Bronze-level players on my team. These players frequently pick entry agents and then intentionally sabotage the match by going AFK or trolling.
This happens almost every game, and I no longer believe it’s a coincidence. It feels like Riot Games’ matchmaking system is intentionally configured this way, making ranked games unfair and frustrating.
I’ve reported these players multiple times and even contacted support, but nothing has changed. I’ve also spent money on skins and battle passes, yet my gaming experience continues to decline, and it feels like my rank progression is being deliberately blocked.
I’m asking Riot Games to thoroughly review my account and match history, compensate me for the negative experience, and most importantly, fix the matchmaking system so that players are matched fairly according to their rank and performance. I no longer accept this unbalanced and discouraging ranked experience.
