I Got Charged for My TEB Platinum Card Despite Loyalty
Dear Sir/Madam, I have been a loyal and active user of my TEB Platinum credit card for many years, with average monthly spending consistently exceeding ₺40,000. In previous years, a similar level of usage led to the annual card fee being waived following email correspondence with your institution. However, this year, for the first time, a fee of ₺1,180 was charged to my card, and my request for its cancellation was declined. Given my long-standing loyalty and consistent card usage, I find the imposition of this fee ethically questionable.
