Business Credit Card Unfair Annual Fee Charged

On August 30, 2025, an annual fee of ₺1296 was charged to my Akbank Business credit card. This fee corresponds to the upcoming year, during which I will not be using the card. I had not used the card for a long time, so I believe this fee is unfair. When I contacted customer service about the issue, I was told the only option was to cancel the card. As a result, I closed my card. I am requesting a refund of the fee. The account number linked to my card is 0071747, and I carried out the cancellation process through phone banking. I kindly ask for this grievance to be resolved.
