My Access to Funds Was Restricted Without Explanation by Vakıfbank
I have a serious problem with VakıfBank, which is why I'm writing this. I expected a big bank like this to follow transparent policies and fundamental customer rights because I live in Turkey. Regretfully, I didn't have that experience. The bank limited access to my personal funds without providing a clear explanation or legal clarification, leaving me perplexed and unable to receive helpful responses from customer service. I made several attempts to get in touch with someone who could provide a genuine explanation or solution, but I consistently got evasive answers. Feeling helpless over your own finances is distressing, particularly when no one accepts accountability. I'm sorry I ever opened an account with them, and I strongly advise others to exercise caution before entrusting them with their money.

VakıfBank continues to unlawfully seize additional payments, per diems, travel allowances, and cash compensations deposited into the account apart from the salary. It resists implementing the laws and disregards them completely. While a quarter of the salary is already subject to garnishment, it does not put an end to these unlawful deductions. Stay away from this bank as much as you can and never open an account with this bank.
You are not providing any solutions and you continue to act unlawfully. We have no choice left but to take the matter to court.
