U.S. Polo Assn Store Refuses Cash Refund for Unused Item
I recently attempted to return an unused item, complete with the invoice and visuals, purchased from the Polo store. My intention was to return it to your Torium branch and request a shopping voucher. However, the store manager responded with, "I can offer an exchange for the item, but I cannot provide a cash voucher." I am not obligated to make an exchange, and I have no plans to alter my purchase for the summer season. Perhaps I am considering shopping elsewhere. I'm curious whether this decision lies within the discretion of your store manager or if it's a store policy not to provide a cash voucher. Saying, "I can exchange, but no voucher," how does that encourage me to continue shopping? Ultimately, this voucher will go back to the Aydınlı company. I am not concerned with your store manager's commission; I genuinely demand a cash voucher.
