Urban Outfitters Unprocessed Refund and Unresponsive Customer Service
I purchased something from Urban Outfitters.
The order status said "out for delivery" for a whole two weeks.
I reached out to customer service because my package was taking longer than expected and asked for assistance.
They promised to look into the problem and offer a solution as soon as they can.
But I found out later that a return request had been made without my knowledge.
It's been a whole two weeks since I submitted my return request, but I still haven't gotten my refund. What's the hold up?
I can't get ahold of customer service right now.
This is such a bummer. I really hope Urban Outfitters can sort out this problem quickly. I want my refund right away.
