Upwork Charged My Bank Account Twice Without Permission
On December 24, 2024, two unauthorized withdrawals of ₺1,105 each were made from my Akbank account under the name Upwork, without my knowledge or consent.
I am urgently requesting that the charged amounts be refunded immediately. If this issue is not resolved, I will file a formal complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board and take legal action to recover my losses, including a compensation claim.
I demand that this matter be addressed immediately and my funds returned without delay.
